Kate was all smiles as she arrived at the children’s hospital in London this morning. And her good mood was not ruined by the wind, who almost sparked an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction.
As she was leaving her car, who left the Duchess on the premises of the Lambeth hospital, Kate had to push her Dolce and Gabbana skirt down, almost blown upwards by the strong wind engulfing southern England today.
She then headed towards nine-year-old Anna-Victoria, a patient at the hospital suffering from Achondroplasia, who presented the Duchess with a posy.
Once inside the hospital, Kate was warmly greeted by more little patients and their families.
